How to get rid of stretch marks on the back?
Stretch marks are fusiform, longitudinal strands, they are most common on the thighs, buttocks, the abdomen but also in the case of people, who do strength sports on the chest, arms or shoulders. Stretch marks on the back can also appear with rapid growth, when the skin is rapidly stretched there. For some people, stretch marks may also be due to a certain genetic predisposition. Stretch marks develop in two stages :
– the inflammatory phase during which there are cavities in the soft tissue. The skin changes are then bluish-red. This is the moment, when the use of appropriate creams can bring the desired results,
-phase of extinction, during which whitening occurs, reduction of stretch marks. We then judge, that the problem goes away, while it forms in the form of an atrophic scar. Treatment in this phase may improve the appearance of the skin, but it will not lead to the disappearance of stretch marks.
You can prevent their formation and expansion by using creams or ointments, however, when they appear on the skin, their visibility can only be reduced, as complete removal is only possible by operative route (and not always). Meanwhile, the best way to get rid of stretch marks is simply to prevent them from forming. In order to prevent the appearance of stretch marks, you should have a properly composed diet. It should be rich in nutrients, mainly in zinc, which works on the proper functioning of the skin. You can find it in meat, yellow cheese, peas, nuts or pumpkin seeds.
A few tips on how to prevent stretch marks :
– pay close attention to your diet. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, and also drink still mineral water,
– do not lose weight rapidly and do not gain weight too quickly,
– lead a healthy lifestyle. Systematic exercises will improve the elasticity of the skin and its natural protective barrier.
It is important to react quickly to the appearing stretch marks, because it is then possible to get rid of the problem completely. Eliminating the red stripes on the skin is much easier than trying to remove the lighter version of them. As they say, "Prevention is better than cure".
